John F. Enders Lecture

Timothy M. Uyeki, MD, MPH, MPP, is chief medical officer in the Influenza Division at the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He has interests in antiviral treatment and clinical management of influenza and respiratory viral infections, human infections with avian influenza A viruses and emerging viral infectious diseases. He co-chaired IDSA’s influenza clinical practice guidelines and has been a consultant to the World Health Organization on seasonal, zoonotic and pandemic influenza as well as Ebola, SARS, MERS and COVID-19.
