IDSA presents the next installment of the Compensation Conversations webinar series created specifically for IDSA member physicians. Ron Devine, MD, Uzma Syed, MD and Amy Strauss of ECG Management Consultants, an industry leader in structuring value-based compensation arrangements, discussed value-based arrangements and the most effective ways to link merit to compensation as an independent or private ID physician. This webinar was presented in conjunction with the release of the Value-Based Arrangements Guide. Additional webinars tailored to clinicians employed by hospitals/health systems and to clinicians employed by academic medical centers on value-based arrangement-related topics will be coming soon.
